Blue Corner Promotions was created to bring competitive, meaningful boxing back to the forefront. After producing four consecutive sold-out Union Fights events at the historic 2300 Arena, founder Brian Costello set out to elevate the professional boxing experience with fair matchmaking, clean event operations, and fight cards built on integrity.
Brian’s background spans every level of the sport — from coaching and working corners to organizing events and building strong relationships with managers, gyms, and athletic commissions. The Costello name has been tied to boxing for generations, known since the 1980s for honesty, toughness, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Beyond boxing, Brian is also the creative mind behind Blue Corner Graphics, bringing professional-level design, branding, video work, and promotional materials to every event. His creative and operational experience ensures that each show looks, feels, and performs like a top-tier production.
Blue Corner Promotions also benefits from the experience and presence of Joey “The Tank” Dawejko, a veteran heavyweight with a respected reputation throughout the sport. Joey brings decades of high-level boxing experience, strong relationships with fighters and managers, deep knowledge of matchmaking, and a unique insight into what makes a fight competitive and worth watching. His background includes international competition, world-class training camps, and a long career built on heart, toughness, and skill, all of which strengthen the vision and execution of Blue Corner events.
